Saturday: What a shitty race. Fell in first mile, felt bad after two. Only the legs felt bad though, they were heavy. Didn't move at all after a 4:56 first mile. What a shitty day. Team was 20th. Beat Boehlke and Brown. 7
Friday: Again on the course. I fell comfortable. I want to rock. Saw Boehlke on the course. He's going down. 3
Thursday: Ran on course. Legs feel very dead, sore. Maybe from the travel. Nice weather. 3
Wednesday: Ran to footbridge and back. We leave tomorrow for nationals. Just chilling on the run, lots of work tonight. 8
Tuesday: 2x8 2:22, 21 (window 2:20-23); 4x4 69, 6, 6, 5 (68-9, 67-8, 66-7, 65-6). First 400m of the first 800 in 66. Group was fast all day, I was trying just to chill. Not having AM runs kicks ass. 5.5
Monday: Blister bleeding during the day. Bled during the run. Went to trainers, it's OK. Fresh Pond loop. Again, just taking it easy. Feels good to be tapering. 7.5
Sunday: Longfellow->River Street. Didn't feel much like running far because of taper and foot. Blister is still raw. Took today easy. 7

Saturday: NEWMAC Championships. Good race, 11th overall. I lost Albert and Sean early, but got through 3M relaxed. Had I pushed Mile 4 harder, maybe a better finish. Rookie of the Year. I WILL win this race next year. 8

Saturday: A few knee problems. Iced it around 1pm, 2hours before running. After 1M, no problems. Averaged slightly below 7s all run, probably 6:30s near the end. 9
Friday PM: I'm going back on Ibuprofen for awhile. My knee gets sore if I don't keep it loose, so it's back to ice and drugs. Workout (8x2:00) was alright. Legs ached and didn't like the changing pace. First workout in 10-11 days. 8

Saturday: Ran @ 6am with team. Jeff and I flew on the last few miles. About 5:40 pace. Felt good. 11
Friday: National Preview. First Mile in 4:58, 2M in 10:12. Dropped off Nolan after 1M, hung with Albert through 4M. Need to work on last 3k. 8
Thursday PM: Course in Rock Island, IL. New thing in shoe works well. No problems running in spikes, either. Course is a lot like Rapids State XC course. Ready. 4
Thursday AM: Slept late. No time before the plane. 0
Wednesday PM: Pad doesn't work anymore. Trainer built something for my shoe, hopefully it'll relieve the pain. Metatarsals are inflamed, not dangerous, just painful to run on. Need ice and Ibuprofen. Didn't run far. 4

Tuesday PM: Okay, today's run was strange. Couldn't run @ Franklin, because foot hurt. Trainer put a pad on my foot and I could run fine. 2x4:00 at race pace, 6x1:30. Had to run on the track. Boring as SHIT. 8
